At ISABEL LEON LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
1. **Return Window**: You have 14 days from the date the package was delivered to initiate a return.
2. **Condition of Item**: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
Please note that the following items are NON - REFUNDABLE
- Engraved / custom jewelry
- Heavily worn jewelry
- Gift cards
- Earrings that have been tried on
- Final sale items
3. **Return Shipping Costs**: For customers in the U.S., return shipping is free. However, for international returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount. This cost will not be reimbursed by ISABEL LEON LLC. We will provide you with the label to be printed and applied to the return package.
4. **Restocking Fee**: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
5. **Broken Items**: If the item arrives broken, you must send proof of the damage on the same day as the delivery date. Please take clear photographs of the damage and send them to us immediately via email.
6. **Initiating a Return**: To start the return process, please send a written request to Contact@isabelleonjewelry.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
7. **Refunds**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
