Terms and Conditions for ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
  • This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must have a valid U.S. address and be able to comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of 

    ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] are not eligible to participate.

2. SPONSOR:
  • The sponsor of this giveaway is ISABEL LEON LLC, located in Miami, FL.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
  • The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on Friday, January 17th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Thursday, January 31st, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER:
  • Purchase-Based Entry:
For every $1 spent on the ISABEL LEON JEWELRY website between January 17th, 2025 (12:00 AM EST) and January 31st, 2025 (11:59 PM EST), you will receive 1 entry into the giveaway. Example: If you spend $50, you will receive 50 entries. Entries will be automatically tracked based on the purchase total at checkout.
  • No Purchase Necessary (Alternate Entry Method):To enter without making a purchase, you can participate by signing up for the ISABEL LEON JEWELRY - Email Club newsletter. By subscribing to our newsletter during the Giveaway Period, you will receive 1 entry into the giveaway. Please note, signing up for the newsletter will not earn you additional entries beyond the initial 1 entry for participating. No money spent is required, but purchases will still grant additional entries as described above.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER:
  • The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The winner will be announced on February 3rd, 2025 at 8:00 PM EST on ISABEL LEON JEWELRY'S Instagram page and will also be notified via email.
6. PRIZE:
  • Grand Prize: The winner will receive one of every jewelry piece from ISABEL LEON JEWELRY'S new collection launching on February 3rd, 2025.The prize includes all pieces in the collection, which will be shipped to the winner before the public launch. The winner will be the first person to receive the entire collection.
  • The winner will also receive a $100.00 USD store credit prize to be used only on ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] official website. 
  • Prize Restrictions:The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the discretion of the sponsor. The winner must accept the prize as described or forfeit the prize.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE:
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry and must respond within 48 hours of the notification. If the winner does not respond within that time frame, an alternate winner will be chosen.
  • The prize will be processed to ship to the winner's address (within the U.S.) within 1 week following confirmation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
  • By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC], its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  • ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network errors, or other issues that may prevent an entrant from participating.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering, entrants agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior.
  • ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, including in the event of technical issues, fraud, or unauthorized intervention.

  • By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Personal information will be treated in accordance with ISABEL LEON JEWELRY'S privacy policy.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow ISABEL LEON JEWELRY [Isabel Leon LLC] to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
